Vice President – Credit Risk Policy recruitment
This leading international investment bank is currently looking to hire an experienced Risk Professional with previous experience covering Credit Risk policy. The role will report directly to the Bank’s Global Head of Credit Risk policy and be involved in developing, changing and rolling out Credit Risk Policy at a local, regional and global level. The role will also cover governance structures to ensure that Policies are monitored and controlled in the right way.
Other responsibilities will include:
- Assist in the development of global credit risk policy and governance structures.
- Help align all the regional offices to the same policies for credit risk.
- Develop new Credit Risk Policies.
- Work closely with the local regulators and communicate necessary changes in regulation to the business.
- Provide training etc to various business members to ensure credit policy is understood and adhered to.
In terms of experience, you will have:
- At least five years of experience in the Credit Risk function of a leading Investment Bank.
- Previous experience in a Credit Risk Policy role.
- Strong understanding of the changes in regulation etc.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
