Vice President, Credit Structurer, Private Wealth Management recruitment
Reporting to the Regional Head of Credit Structuring, you will have ultimate responsibility in the Hong Kong market for the origination and structuring of large scale and complex transactions for ultra-high net worth individuals. You will provide advice to clients and Relationship Managers as to credit risk matters arising from potential transactions and work with internal Risk and Approval s and infrastructure teams in order to find commercial solutions. Key duties will involve advising on derivative products and negotiating loan documentation. Furthermore, you will work closely with Sales teams in order to identify investment opportunities that arise during existing lending process and analyse the effectiveness of new lending products.
The successful candidate will possess at least 7-9 years' relevant credit risk and/or credit structuring experience gained within a global private bank/wealth management business. Candidates with Credit experience in Investment Banking will also be considered, providing that they possess delegated credit approval authority. As this role requires extensive collaboration with Relationship Managers and the Client directly, you will be able to demonstrate first-rate interpersonal and communication skills and a through understanding of current market affairs. Fluency in English essential with Mandarin an advantage.
