Vice President / Director – Corporate Finance
Our client is looking for a Senior Corporate Finance candidate who has strong origination and execution transaction experience in China.
Responsibilities
- Originate and execute corporate finance deals with specific focus on Hong Kong / China market
- Identify and build specific sector / market knowledge, leveraging on the overall banking platform and strategy
- Deepen relationship with existing Investors and building relationship with potential investors to bring in new business opportunities for the Company.
- Lead in preparation and presentation of financial model, research and analysis report, investment proposal and due diligence report. Build and maintain a close network with PRC and International Investors, Fund Managers, Rating Agencies Financial Analysts and Media.
- Provide new and innovative ideas for business idea generation
Requirements
- Familiar with PRC financial services industry and the Company’s investment products and services.
- Strategic and responsive in managing critical situations.
- Candidates should have a Bachelors / Masters degree from a good university.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in Corporate Finance / Industry or Geography Coverage team with top investment banks.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
