Vice President/ Director Private Debt and Principal Finance – recruitment
Our client is an entrepreurial investments group, making investments across a broad range of asset classes. One of their most successful divisions is their private debt group, which provides financing solutions for acqusitions, buyouts, fundraisings, MBOs and other alternative investments. The firm makes strong returns by lending to funds on favourable terms and off market.
They are now looking to add an individual to their team, who will work on the origination and execution of private loans and debt for the group. The position will involve considerable interaction with investments funds (across the broadest spectrum) who require finance for their deals.
Candidates will come from one of the following backgrounds:
- private equity professionals
- leveraged finance professionals
- financial sponsors advisors from leading banks
- Directors with private equity advisory groups of the major Big Four Firms
- candidates will probably have at least 8- 15 years experience
- candidates must be able to work independently have a strong entrpreneurial attitude
