Key industries of focus include, but not limited to: Consumer, Retail, Healthcare, and etc.
Job Description
- The VP/ Director will be responsible primarily for sourcing and leading execution for transactions across multiple industries including. This includes spearheading financial modeling and fundamental sector analysis as well as strong originations and relationship management work.
- It is critical for the new team-member to be comfortable speaking to all levels of company management, investment banking counterparts, and other parties.
- The candidate will work closely with senior investment professionals and will assist in the evaluation and execution of investment opportunities across industries and throughout all levels of the capital structure.
Requirement
- Track record of success with a degree for top-tier local or international institutions in a relevant field of study is a must; MBA from a top 10 school preferred
- Mastery of MA/LBO financial modeling
- Candidates for this opportunity must have strong financial modeling gained with a top-tier global investment bank; ideally 1-2 years experience within a global or regional Private Equity fund
- Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of valuation, finance and accounting
- Solid communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin
