Vice President, Equity Analyst (Asian Market, Asset Management)
Our client is ranked as one of the ten largest bank-owned global asset manager. They are looking for a senior Equity Analyst with strong track record as a stock picker.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assess economic performance, business trends, regulatory policies and competition
- Generate detailed and extensive research reports based on client needs
- Conduct in-depth data analyses using traditional and advanced methods
- Fundamentally driven bottoms-up stock analysis
- Source new stock ideas independently
- Coverage - Asia including Japan
Key Competencies
- At least 6 years of direct experience within Fund Management Industry
- Demonstrate strong track record as stock picker
- Reasonably strong in quantitative and statistical analysis
- Fluency in Japanese is a must, as this person is required to produce research reports for clients in Japan.
