Responsibilities

The successful candidate will serve as director of a diverse portfolio of investment funds and related offshore companies and will assist with the provision of trustee services.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will include reviewing transaction documents, coordinating the client acceptance process and delivering high levels of client service while ensuring that each client relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures.

He/she will be involved in ad hoc projects and may represent the company at various industry association events.

Experience Required

Some experience in liaising with investment bankers, lawyers, investment managers, prime brokers, custodians and other transaction parties located in various international jurisdictions, as well as strong drafting and communication skills, are essential.

The successful candidate will be a university graduate with an excellent academic background, an internationally recognised professional designation and at least 5 years relevant financial services experience.

An understanding of all forms of investment funds and structured finance transactions, experience in reviewing transaction documents and knowledge of corporate governance, relevant local laws and regulatory requirements is a must.
