• Maintain a detailed, accurate and properly supported EAC for all projects and to prepare a bottoms-up EAC no less frequently than annually for projects achieving all project KPI and no less frequently than quarterly for those projects not achieving all project KPI.

• Understand and report on forecast and actual project performance in accordance with group, statutory and relevant accounting principles and policies.

• Produce the financial models of the five year strategic plan and the annual budget.

• Provide budget holders with the information, tools and training necessary to exercise day-to-day financial control.

• Adhere at all times to finance and other group policies as well as other applicable standards and procedures.

• Line management direct reports and review their job content and performance.
