International Division: With extensive experience and long-term relationships in the property and casualty insurance industry, their underwriters have a proven track record of developing customized coverage solutions that work for each client's unique needs. Business lines include Aviation, Energy, Marine, Property and Casualty.

Accident Health: Offers accident and health insurance and reinsurance coverage for employers, affinity groups, financial institutions and other customers through insurance carriers, managing general underwriters, brokers, third party administrators and other key distributors. A disciplined and innovative product development process delivers customized, flexible accident and health products to the global market.

Responsibilities Include:
 

     Preparing monthly and quarterly management reporting packs including commentary and analysis on all aspects of underwriting results, broker production reports and GA Expense reports

     Partnering with the business functions to determine financial impact of new business initiatives and strategic opportunities

     Developing and enhancing management reporting capabilities for the division

     Preparing and coordinating the budgeting and forecasting process for the division

     Assisting with risk reporting, reserving, data management and systems development for the division

     Interfacing with Group Finance to support monthly, quarterly and year end reporting

Skills Required:

     Significant experience of insurance accounting, budget planning and reporting experience. Must be within a global insurance / reinsurance organisation in the London Market

     You will need to be qualified (CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) and degree educated, possessing strong business acumen

     A proven ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure, ability to travel overseas on occasion and respond effectively to changing priorities

     Solid presentation and communication skills are essential as is the ability to work on own initiative
