VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCIAL CONTROL recruitment
Job Description :
• Oversee the Financial Control Department and lead the Finance team to maintain financial control for the Hong Kong Branch.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of all financial returns to various regulatory authorities, i.e. HKMA and SFC.
• Provide effective MIS reports for management review and facilitate business decisions and provide management reports to Head Office regularly.
• Responsible for the business budget, forecast and expense control.
• Coordinate external/internal audit projects and manage tax compilation.
Job Requirement :-
• Degree in Finance or Accounting with professional qualification, a CPA or ACCA
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in finance control for commercial bank.
• Familiar with HKMA regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of Hong Kong financial accounting codes, the bank accounting system and government tax and regulations
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua)
