Job Description
Global Corporate Banking Technology Operations is seeking to expand its services infrastructure in Asia. The business is looking for dynamic and talented leaders to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from clients and client management groups in the product areas such as Payments/Wires, Trade credit services, Bank Notes, Commercial cards etc.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary interface with the client to establish all implementations connectivity between organizations.
Organizes all client implementations related to Trade to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process. - Manage and execute the technical and business implementation of trade finance solutions (including traditional trade services i.e. Guarantees, Standby letters of credit, Documentary letters of credit, Supply Chain Finance solution and Collections
- Formulate strategic project initiatives and work closely with the Regional Manager, Asia team and global business partners to promote quality solutions for clients.
- Provide advisory services/ support to Sales Officers during sales pitch and RFP.
Requirements
- University Degree
- Minimum 4-6 years' working experience preferably in trade finance support
- Familiar with web-based front end Trade Systems, Document Preparation requirements, Open Account and Supply Chain Solutions
- Knowledge of UCP and URC rules together with a track record in implementing trade finance solutions for corporations and/or financial institutions
- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, self starter; and problem/solving/analytical
- Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
Desired
- Project Management Exposure
- Prior experiences in a trade finance environment, as well as good technical background ranging from web-based applications to ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems are highly desired.
- Speaking / presentation skills in a professional setting
