Job Description

Global Corporate Banking Technology Operations is seeking to expand its services infrastructure in Asia. The business is looking for dynamic and talented leaders to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from clients and client management groups in the product areas such as Payments/Wires, Trade credit services, Bank Notes, Commercial cards etc.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for acting as the primary interface with the client to establish all connectivity between parties and to resolve complex, unique client requests.

· Manage, execute and complete the technical and business implementation of

treasury and cash management solutions (Payments, Receivables, Treasury)

· Organizes all internal and external project related activities to ensure a timely and smooth client implementation process.

· Researches, analyzes, and resolves a wide range of treasury, cash management and or depository products and services of varying complexity regionally/globally.

· Identifies product and sales specialists and effectively integrates servicing with implementation and operational requirements across departments, other bank divisions, and countries.

· Understands the end-to-end process and identifies opportunities to initiate client collaboration in the development of product services.

· Provides statistical analysis and initiates projects and processes to improve efficiency.

· Responsible for monitoring accuracy of data input into systems of record, information gathering, report generation

· Provides direction and guidance to less experienced team members and work amongst the team for daily activities and workflow to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met

· Exercises judgment and discretion with respect to client relations and problem resolutions between internal and external customers.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 to 5 years' cash management working experience, with at least 2 years of experience working in a client focused role

· A track record in project management, concentrating on the delivery of treasury and cash management solutions for corporations and/or financial institutions

· Must be a team player, take ownership, and drive for results to grow the business, sustain intensity and optimism while focusing on the client

· Previous operational experience within the payment, accounting or treasury environments would be an added advantage

· Fully conversant with the MS Office suite and Internet

· Green Belt or PMP certification is an advantage
