Job Description

Main Responsibilities

· Responsible for all operations transactions being processed smoothly, operations risk management, branch system access security, and ensuring all operation procedures are in compliance with local regulations and bank policies.

· Coordinate with Regional Risk Management team to monitor and control management and healthy indication reports.

· Drive operational excellence in both efficiency and risk management.

· Prepare periodic management reports

· Manage operating expenses.

· Review operation procedures and implement changes

· Support SMEs of regional and local projects

· BCP coordinator. Work closely with business partners for business opportunities

· Work closely with business partners to ensure delivery of quality proactive services.

· Respond to inquiries received from clients and business partners

· Perform all tasks assigned by the Country Operations Officer.

Requirements

· University graduate with major in a business-related degree.

· Minimum 10 years' experience in managerial position in a large, international bank's operations.

· Experience in Payment Collection, Trade Services Loan, Operational management, risk management, governance control.

· Knowledgeable in local regulations related to banking business.

· Ability to maintain and promote teamwork spirit and deliver client-focus concept to the team.

· Strong management and leadership skills.

· PC knowledge and familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Macro and PowerPoint.

· Good in written English and fluent in spoken English and Mandarin. Good skills in presentation, communication, time management, problem solving leadership.

· Innovative and open minded with a professional positive attitude at all times

· Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
