As the Head of Human Resources for Australia, reporting directly into the local CEO, you will define and implement the framework to drive the vision of the organisation and work closely with the heads of the business to promote a high performance culture.

Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification (Masters in Human Resources)
- Extensive experience in an HR generalist role
- Financial services experience
- Senior stakeholder engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
