Vice President in M&A Execution Advisory – Retail, Leisure & Consumer Focus (Leading global boutique) recruitment
Due to an extremely strong pipeline of deals currently, our client is urgently looking to fill a position at the VP level. Working in a team with circa 10 people, you will be given a huge amount of responsibility from day one, working with an experienced team around you consisting of MDs, a Director and junior resource across the Analyst and Associate levels. There is plenty of headroom in this team to progress and develop your network and it is essential that you have the necessary transaction execution experience to see through a lot of deals to the end.
Given the high execution nature of this role, we are not just looking to speak to candidates with relevant sector experience. If you’ve been a generalist or have covered other industries but have strong execution experience, we would like to hear from you. You must of course have a genuine interest in this sector.
All applicants will have trained with highly respected and recognized investment banking teams, whether in a bulge bracket environment or within top tier boutique investment banks. It is unlikely that our client will consider individuals from Big 4 Lead Advisory backgrounds but we would be happy to discuss with such candidates should you feel strongly that your profile and experience is relevant. You will have top tier academic credentials and a strong track record in leading and training juniors.
