Vice President Investment Banking- Consumer recruitment
The firm is seeking a Vice President Investment Banker in its Boston, MA office to understand and interpret key market trends and macro drivers in the Consumer sector; Mentor/supervise junior analysts/associates to prepare corporate finance analyses for clients; Conduct financial and strategic analyses to formulate plans/economic models to execute and finance mergers and acquisitions and arrange short term and long term debt and equity financings; Utilize knowledge of Consumer economic sector to manage/execute various asset related and corporate transactions; Identify and develop new business opportunities at Consumer/Gaming companies, as well as develop and establish client relationships; Interface with capital markets groups in financing and strategic client situations.
* Ideal candidates will currently be in an Investment Banking Associate role with a Boutique or Mid Market firm.
* Sell side MA experience required
* MBA is a plus but not essential
