HSBC Technology and Services – SGH IT Operations (SGH ITO)
SGH ITO is part of the HTS Global IT Operations which develops, implements and manages the IT infrastructure and supporting services that are critical to the day-to-day operations for our customer and user of IT services, ensuring that issues are identified and resolved quickly to provide optimum levels of service with sufficient capacity, resilience and security.
Whilst the main infrastructure and services are located in ASP, the SGH ITO local team are the business facing IT experts providing support for hardware, software, network, end-user devices and user services to SGH customers and users.
Principle Accountabilities
Reporting to the Head of IT Operations in Singapore, you will lead a team of IT Specialists responsible for the following activities:
- Provision of desktop and desktop infrastructure support covering all locations within Singapore
- Office relocations, group ITO desktop related projects and special requirements such as road show setup and support.
- Ensure adherence to standards and the use of productivity tools such as email archiving to achieve best in class practices.
- Provide consultancy on the intranet, collaboration and email services
- Provide full onsite trade floor support
- Provide 24x7end user support to Premier Users
- Provide IT equipment as required by business for BRP
Skills/Attributes
- Degree with 5 – 10 years of relevant experience
- ITIL certification and appreciation of the service management principles
- Experience in project management/coordination.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills with ability to interact well at all levels.
- Able to work independently
