Vice President, LATAM DCM Origination
Full Job Description
My client, a top international bank with huge presence in the USA Latin American markets, are now looking for a Vice President of DCM Origination to join their established team in London.
The role:
• Opportunity to join a DCM team focused on corporate DCM origination in Latin America, the USA and Europe.
• Origination- structuring and execution of bonds- complex debt transactions.
• Client facing role with frequent client exposure - investor meetings-client calls, roadshow events, running selected transactions.
• You will have managerial responsibility - coordinating a smaller team who will advise on the pricing, issuance strategy and will assist in the execution of transactions (bookbuilding, reconciliation, pricing and market updates).
Requirements:
• This is a VP level position - candidates must have significant DCM origination experience from another investment bank.
• Desirable to be business fluent in Spanish and- or Portuguese
• Emerging Markets-LATAM experience highly desirable. Syndicate experience not a requisite, but a bonus.
