Vice President – M&A Corporate Finance recruitment
A leading US investment bank are looking for a Vice President to join their team in London. The team focus on mid-market cross border MA transactions across a range of sectors and with a strong network of private equity funds across Europe, US and Asia. Candidates can expect a high degree of responsibility, deal flow and client interaction.
Candidate Requirements:
- 6 - 9 years of MA/investment banking experience gained from a bulge bracket investment bank, leading boutique or blue chip private equity fund.
- Client-facing, good communicator, confident, well-presented and fluent in English.
- Knowledge of the consumer / retail or industrials business areas preferred but not essential.
- Can produce IMs, financial valuations using DCF, LBO and merger models in excel.
- Candidates will have the right to work in the EU.
