Vice President M&A / Financial Restructuring recruitment
We are searching for Vice President candidates experienced in MA and/or financial restructuring.
Primary responsibilities:
- Execution of MA and financial restructuring projects including negotiations
- Presentations to clients, boards and committees
- Development and management of client relationships
- Training and development of staff
Prerequisites:
- Commitment to excellence
- Successful work experience (at least five years) in MA or financial restructuring at leading institutions
- Degree in accounting, business administration, economics, finance, mathematics or sciences
- Outstanding record of academic achievement
- Fluent German and English
