Corporate MA partners with all the Global Finance Functions.
Corporate MA supports both Citicorp and Citi Holdings and

and ongoing restructuring.

Recent examples of transactions

This individual will research
potential acquisition and divestiture targets, prepare financial
analyses and models, produce reports and updates for executives and
regulators, and participate in the preparation of marketing
materials and approval documents for executives and the Board of
Directors.  Associates will work on live transactions,
supporting the deal teams in project management, due diligence and
financial modeling, as well as exploratory research which may be in
support of senior Corporate MA professionals or
independently.

Associates and VPs participate
throughout the full MA deal flow process, including initial
talks with the internal business teams, due diligence review and
coordination, analysis and review of key transaction issues with
all Citigroup functional team leaders, presentation of key
business/legal issues and financial impact of the contemplated
transaction to senior management.

Associates and VPs are expected to
drive processes and workstreams forward with strong initiative and
teamwork skills. They can manage one or more analysts and are
usually supervised by VPs and Directors.

Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are
used extensively to build complex financial models and
presentations, including building financial projections,
