Vice President of Brokerage & Client Strategy recruitment
You will conceive, develop and implement strategic business plans and initiatives to enhance the growth of our brokerage business while improving associate engagement and the customer experience. As a leader, you will partner with multiple business teams to ensure the phone centers and brokerage households are well represented while influencing and driving strategy. You will also manage the strategic communication with the sites while representing the customer interests and providing strategic updates regarding trends and competitive threats.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead cross business initiatives to drive innovation, develop performance indicators, assess risk management, and enhance service models
- Identify and promote Discover integration opportunities in sales, relationship, and retirement business
- Influence customer engagement strategies, inform segment of customer and competitive trends
- Partner with brokerage product teams to build client awareness and provide leadership regarding customer and phone center interests
- Drive Brokerage education initiatives to strengthen our knowledge and improve our ability to engage trading
Education Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree, MBA preferred
- 10 years of Financial Services industry experience with a focus on brokerage services
- FINRA Series 7, 8, (or 24) 63, 66 licenses required
Skills/Knowledge
- Proven leadership and strategic thinking regarding large scale change management initiatives and complex projects
- Experience in integrating people, process and technology into a service delivery model
- Strong influencing, negotiating skills and communication skills at an executive level
- Excellent problem solving and decision making ability with focus on analyzing data on multiple levels to determine appropriate strategies
- Proven project management skills
- Knowledge of brokerage risk management
