Vice President of Business Development-RIA/Broker Dealer Job in Wyncote 19095, Pennsylvania US

Lincoln Investment is searching for a V.P., Business Development - RIA/Broker Dealer to meet the needs of our High Net Worth business partners and develop services and resources that help our Advisors focus on their core areas of expertise and development of our Advisor's business. In this highly visible role, the V.P. of Business Development will be an expert on Lincoln Investment’s product offerings and business practices as well as those of our business partners.

 

The V.P. of Business Development will develop and recommend sales plans and budget and recommend marketing and sales support to meet approved goals.  In addition the ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills exemplified by the ability to coordinate support from Executive management and other sources to advance the success of our business partners in the areas of practice management, product offerings, recruiting, and other areas as appropriate. The V.P. of Business Development will also recruit new Advisors and Agencies to join Lincoln and work to facilitate transitions and ongoing support for Advisors by analyzing sales results, report findings, and making recommendations to support continued development.

 

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years experience in a financial services sales management role, strong securities industry product knowledge (Brokerage, Annuities, Mutual Funds, Alternative Investments, etc.), strong knowledge and experience on Investment Advisory (RIA) side of Broker/Dealer business, strong knowledge of RIA and Broker/Dealer Compliance rules and regulations and Senior Executive presence.  Excellent presentation skills are a must.
