Due to continued growth, Members 1st is searching for an experienced, innovative and motivated individual for the newly created position of VP of Business Lending, Operations. This associate will guide and direct all aspects of the operations functions including underwriting, servicing and monitoring of operations and portfolio.
The successful candidate will have experience with Small Business Loan programs, and community and economic development loan programs, as well as, an understanding of commercial loan underwriting including, use of business credit scoring, risk models and loan pricing strategy. Excellent communications, analytical and interpersonal skills, and strong problem solving and planning skills are critical to success in this position. The position requires a Bachelor's degree with 9-10 years of progressively greater responsibilities in a commercial lending environment.
