Vice President of Corporate Finance- DOE recruitment

In the Corporate Finance department, the Vice President will primarily focus on implementing and executing the firm’s finance strategy and building out and leading the Financial Planning and Analysis team. Additionally, this role will have oversight of various high-level treasury functions, including cash management, hedging and stock administration.

Responsibilities:

• Manage small team of professionals across various areas of financial expertise,  including corporate finance, treasury and financial planning and analysis

• Provide recommendations and analytic support to executive management on strategic corporate initiatives

• Prepare  Board of Directors and Management presentations

• Leading and executing financing transactions

• Research and analyze key business drivers, trends and performance indicators

• Oversee corporate budgeting, process standardization and performance improvement initiatives

• Manage relationships with creditor and ratings agencies as it relates to the Company’s credit facilities

• Support quarter-end reporting process

• Act as primary point of contact for corporate and other bank relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree from a top university

• MBA or other advanced Finance Degree, strongly preferred; CPA is desirable

• 10+ years of experience in corporate finance, treasury, financial planning/ analysis or related field
