Vice President of Development
Catholic Health is a fully integrated healthcare system serving Western
New York. It is considered a “High Performing Health System,” and
has an immediate need for a Vice President of Development. It has
been ranked first in the Buffalo region as a “Best Place to Work,” 30th
as a “Top Integrated Health System” nationwide by SDI, and received the
“Quality Value Index” from Cleverly and Associates. The system has
implemented a service line healthcare model in vascular/cardiac care,
neurology and stroke services with three designated stroke centers and
numerous nationally recognized five-star programs by HealthGrades.
It offers acute, subacute, home care, long term care, and primary care
services, along with a complete line of diagnostic radiology,
laboratory, and rehabilitation services.
The Vice President of Development is responsible for implementing
a coordinated philanthropic strategy, developing 360 degree,
tactical fundraising campaigns to support Catholic Health’s myriad
of programs and services. The position reports to the Senior Vice
President of Marketing and Communications.
A Bachelors Degree and ten years comprehensive work experience
in development are required. Strong leadership, relationship building,
management, communication, and networking skills are a must. Interested
