Experience in a senior financial-management role, partnering with executive staff resulting in the development and implementation of creative financial management strategies. Oversee cash, investments
, asset management, financing strategies, as well as banking relationships. Significant experience in or knowledge of nonprofit accounting, including grant accounting, compliance and reporting. Oversee and direct information Systems including the establishment of a long range strategy and execution of an annual plan. Coordinate operational aspects of information systems (financial data) enhancements and monitors implementation timeliness to meet financial and regulatory requirements. Participate in the development of markets and joint venture arrangements that create collaborative arrangements for growth of business to ensure long-term financial viability in collaborations with other executive staff. Represent the company to financial partners, including financial institutions, investors, foundation executives, auditors, public officials, etc. Remain up to date on nonprofit audit best practices, state and federal law regarding nonprofit operations.
