Vice President of Operations Job in Dallas, Texas US
Point 2 Point Global Security, Inc., is a nationwide security services provider for private industry and the federal government.
Point 2 Point is rapidly expanding its business throughout the United States and is seeking a dynamic VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS to take on the challenges of rapid expansion. We are seeking a proven operations leader who shares a vision of teamwork, integrity, respect and quality. Previous success in an entrepreneurial style enviroment is desirable. Previous law enforcement or military service is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operations Supervision
- Provide leadership and support to reporting staff of Regional Managers and Local Managers
- Responsible for communicating corporate initiativesand project mission to Regional and ancillary staff
- Represent Point 2 Point's managment on a national level while developing relationships with clients and other key contract personnel in each market
- Collaborate with team to identify and develop new technology that can continue to deliver best in class service to our clients
- Attend and participate is site visits
- Develop individual performance accountabilities and metrics for direct reports
Quality Assurance and Control
- Develop and refine formalized processes and audit procedures that align with corporate expectations
- Implement and monitor QA and QC plans to ensure ongoing compliance and enforcement nationally.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years management experience with evidence of having managed multi-locations, staff and functions simultaneously on a national level.
- Proven ability to assess situations, develop recommendations and course correct to ensure optimal outcome of project(s) and contract compliance.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with broad spectrum of population including clients, law enforcement, military and government personnel, corporate staff and security officers
- Requires a level headed person who can think on their feet while maintaining a professional demeanor under pressure.
- Well-developed leadership skills with proven success in developing high performance teams and experience in managing multiple priorities successfully.
- Ability to travel as needed across the US with potential for travel outside of the contiguous states.
- CPP and PSP certification preferred
- Must pass criminal background check and top government security clearance as applicable.
