Our Philadelphia area client is currently seeking a Vice President of Servicing Compliance to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in implementing audit procedures. This role is responsible for overseeing that all company compliance standards are being adhered too.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Corporate Risk and legal to perform legal and operational compliance risk assessments as necessary
- Identify compliance standards and maintain that each is focused on legal and regulatory compliance
- Recognize and implement new and updated company compliance policies and procedures
- Oversee the annual compliance audit plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 8-10 years of experience implementing audit procedures
- Working knowledge of MSP/LPS systems
- Prior knowledge of servicing functions
