Seasoned sales executive for a top sportswear brand. Must have a proven track record for success, team-building, and must have existing relationships with US Department stores on the contemporary floor.

The Brand caters to the contemporary woman’s never-ending craving for fashion, with the fabric quality and attention to detail found in designer collections. .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Management Leadership
· Plan, monitor and meet budgets determined with the President and VP Finance
· Manage and ensure compliance with all budgetary goals, consistently looking for opportunities to improve sales and profits in the U.S. with the Executive Team
· Quickly zero in on key business issues and develop solutions
· Establish performance metrics and goals for the positions you manage
2. Enhance Relationships with Department stores and Mass merchants
- Lead the sales process from A to Z (Department Stores / Mass Merchants)
- Study/recommend public relations/marketing initiatives / co-op initiative
- Travel appropriately to ensure field execution.
· Identify and strategize as to who and how we can open new major customers
· Quantify sales goals for respective accounts
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience Required:
· 5+ years as a sales executive for a ladies nationally recognized brand with relevant experience in Contemporary brands
· Relationships with Buyers and GMMs at U.S. department stores and mass merchants
· Bottom line results driven
