Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting up Campaign Management goals, overall campaign calendar and end-to-end campaign design process
- Drive overall Consumer Bank performance by increasing Crossell Ratio and Product penetration through effective campaigns
- Improve the Customer cost acquisition ratio and efficiency of product and channel campaigns
- Assist in setting up of campaign strategies, design and conduct campaign management, champion-challenger strategies across different phases of customer and product life cycle
- Perform in-depth quantitative analysis for Campaigns and response tracking
- Build and manage an in house team of campaign team and reporting analysts
- Develop customer modeling, customer segmentation and business forecasting models
- Work with business units to develop campaign and segmentation strategies
- Lead and mentor team of analysts to provide business value and actionable insights
- Drive change and obtain buy in from all stakeholders to adopt and leverage a more scientific approach in campaign targeting
Requirements
- 10 years of financial industry experience with direct working experience in marketing, analytics or campaigns with demonstrable contributions
- M.S. or Ph.D in a technical area related to statistics, mathematics, computer science, information science or equivalent
- Must be equipped with Unica or other campaign management applications
- Candidates must have previous experience with applying statistical techniques (Clustering, Logistic regression, CART, CHAID), Data Mining and Model Development (Propensity, Application, Behavioral etc) as well as Segmentation
- Hands on experience with Statistical packages (SAS, R, SQL, SPSS) and conducting analysis on unique and massive data sets
- Knowledge of Banking, Customer Relationship Management, Credit Card and Loan business and credit risk management will be preferred
- Possess strategic perspective with strong coordination, planning, analytical and problem solving skills
- Possess strong leadership and people management skills
