Vice President, Operations / Director of Operations
(New Sales opportunity - Multi-Site Facilities Banking Client)
Your Contribution
As a Vice President, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing activities within a national account in the banking industry. Services offered include facilities, housekeeping and real estate management. You will work in conjunction with your leadership team across Canada and report directly to the Senior Vice President, Corporate Services.
You will manage the national real estate activities of Clients using the internal brokerage and support organizations. You will negotiate with the client on all matters relating to contract and account operations in order to establish and maintain a solid and mutually beneficial business relationship including: high levels of client and customer satisfaction and account retention; strong employee relations; achievement of financial goals; and future business growth plans. You will facilitate transactions, lease abstracting, asset management, strategic planning, internal/external reporting and effective relationship management with their Client You will drive innovation and continuous improvement and develop and engage your team towards operational excellence

Learn, Grow, Develop
• Minimum of 10 years experience in Facilities Management
• Experience providing real estate, housekeeping services
• Multi-unit management experience
• Experience in the banking or multi-site retail environment
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data
• Effective planning, organizing, and time management skills
• Ability to build strong business relationships with various clients
• Demonstrated people development skills
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Bilingual in French and English is an asset
