Vice President, Operations recruitment

Key Responsibilities:

• Portfolio accounting administrator

• Process daily security information and pricing

• Effectively manage trade allocation and settlement functions

• Process security reorganizations and corporate actions

• Generate daily reports and distribute to the investment team

• Reconcile holdings and transactions in portfolio accounting system to client’s custodian

• Maintain regular communication with both custodian and broker relationships

• Work effectively with Compliance to ensure required books and records maintained

• Manage new account opening and closing procedures in firms portfolio management system

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 2+ years of operations support experience

• Bachelors Degree

• Strong knowledge of Advent Axys, Moxy, and DTCC software

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, i.e. Word and Excel

• Experience with web-based custodian platforms

• Attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to work under deadline pressure

• Ideal candidate will be a self-starter willing to learn additional job functions as required.  Must work effectively in a team oriented, small office environment.
