To be successful in this role you will need to have shown an entrepreneurial approach to your career to date and the high sense of commercial awareness expected to achieve at this level.
Having a solid background in Australian property and real estate investment banking over the past 5-8 years, ideally gained from a top tier investment bank, independent advisory or corporate development within a leading property group here in Australia, the successful candidate will have a proven track record within a full range of financial advisory and capital-raising services across this space.
Consistently playing an active role in Asia’s most significant real estate deals this is a business with true first class relationships across the region’s real estate and property clients. The opportunity exists for a motivated, well connected and entrepreneurial vice president to harness these relationships in the domestic market and put themselves at the fore front of real estate investment banking within this opportunistic and exciting Asian powerhouse.
