Principle Accountabilities:
You will acquire and manage a portfolio of customers and also partner the Corporate Banking Relationship Managers to engage in joint marketing efforts. You will achieve growth in the Receivables Finance (RF) business and deliver the Total Operating Income as detailed in the annual operating / strategic plans through:
- improving the credit quality of the Receivables Finance portfolios
- providing product and technical support to Relationship Managers and engaging in joint marketing visits
- facilitating a smooth and seamless transition of accounts from Acquisition to Portfolio Team through ensuring the delivery of first class service and support that consistently meets and exceeds customer expectations
Skills/Attributes:
- Minimally a Degree holder in a relevant discipline, from a recognized university
- At least 6 - 10 years across one or two cross-functional business areas in banking
- Possess broad experience, problem solving skills, strong commercial orientation and maturity
- Factoring Operational background is preferred but not essential
- At least 4 - 6 years of corporate credit and marketing experience in Factoring with proactive mindset to spot RF opportunities
