Vice President recruitment

Objective:
To provide strong leadership and drive business and finance management through all phases of the financial planning and analysis processes for the MIS business in Asia.

Functional Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the planning relationship with senior management, the finance department and all business partners as relate to Asia MIS
- Work closely with the Asia senior management team on strategic operating issues, long-term strategies and profit goals through the development and implementation of financial and strategic planning
- Manage the core planning functions: results analysis, forecasting, annual budgeting, and strategic planning
- Develop financial models, metrics and reporting to measure performance and highlight key issues for senior management
- Provide ad hoc analytical support to facilitate decision making
- Ensure close coordination across several different lines of business and support functions that are geographically dispersed
- Create executive presentations used for business updates to both the senior management team and key business partners across the organisation

Key Competencies:
- Prior experience working with senior business leaders
- Strong leadership skills both in terms of managing and developing direct reports and managing multi-function projects
- Ability to formulate outputs derived from projects into concise and insightful presentations with focus on pragmatic, strategic solutions
- Operates with a sense of urgency, ability to work under pressure and with competing priorities
- Ability to work both self directed as well as part of a global team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with both quantitative and qualitative analysis, ability to leverage data to inform business decisions
- Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Qualifications:
- Qualified accountant, Graduate degree preferred
- 8+ years of business experience in planning and analysis
- 5+ years experience in business management, process re-engineering, and project management
- Excellent English verbal and written communication
- Culturally sensitive and experience in interacting with senior management
- Exposure working in multi-national corporations.
