Job Description
Global Corporate Banking Technology Operations is seeking to expand its services infrastructure in Asia. The business is looking for dynamic and talented leaders to support the strategy in order to meet the growth demands from clients and client management groups in the product areas such as Payments/Wires, Trade credit services, Bank Notes, Commercial cards etc. The incumbent for this position would be expected to lead regional functional workstream of providing services advisory support to the corporate and financial institution clients through a world class strategic, scalable and efficient delivery model.
Responsibilities
- Independently consults and acts as a liaison with business partners and regional clients to ensure client requirements are fully met for services requested within the specified timeframes.
- Manage servicing relationships and account management for key regional clients, enhancing client delight and manage client retention.
- Responsible for the expedited resolution of escalated client requests, leveraging resources across other functional areas to ensure an integrated approach to enhanced relationship management and client delight.
- Monitors the timeliness of the overall service and fulfillment process to achieve client delight.
- Participate in client planning or project management to position and deliver the full range of client service channels as part of the overall client relationship.
- Participate in the resolution of operational and/or product servicing issues of a sensitive/high risk nature for major corporate and financial institution clients.
- Understands the end-to-end process and utilizes professional judgment in determining appropriate resolution of client needs.
- Responsible for keeping abreast of new product and compliance processes and requirements.
- Assures compliance with procedures, service level agreements and controls.
- Integrates six-sigma methodology to monitor and improve the effectiveness of overall processes to achieve client excellence.
- Must be client focused, build and sustain relationships, transcend silos to achieve swift adoption and communicate crisply and candidly to drive client delight. Responsible for building and managing client and business partner relationships while improving overall client delight
Requirements
· University Degree
· 3-7 years managing a servicing relationships portfolio of top tier Corporate Banking/Treasury Services clients
· Related working experience in Treasury Services/Cash Management in a Transaction Banking environment. Maintains unwavering focus on delighting the customer/ client; demonstrates a sense of urgency, dedication and passion for exceeding the expectations of internal/ external customers/ clients; earns customer/client loyalty through accuracy, efficiency, courtesy and show.
