Job Description
Reporting into an Executive Director, you will be responsible for:
- PL accountability for line of Business Management and control of all aspects of Process management including transitions, risk, compliance, technology and projects
- Functional guidance and support to team for issue resolutions
- Implementation of control framework for reporting and measurement of KPIs
- Understanding of finance policies and operation plans to drive financial discipline and contain costs
- Ensuring and optimizing of capacity through training and by creating a pool of fungible resources
The Successful Applicant
You should be an existing VP with atleast 12 years of relevant experience in the Pension/Insurance space in a captive environment with specific experience in the Defined Contribution recording business. Must have a thorough understanding of US Retirement and Department of Labor regulations and processes in the 401k space. You should have a successful track record of delivery and management of global stakeholder expectations along with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with experience in driving teams across remote locations. You should have managed a team of atleast 70 people in the past.
