Responsibilities:
- To manage all active sales channels such as Direct Sales, Tele Sales, Corporate Roadshow Sales and Sales Admin teams.
- Leading a team of managers and officers, and setting the vision, providing motivation and empowering them to reach organizational sales goals.
- Providing coaching and development under a robust supervisory structure that ensures all business is carried out in a compliant manner and that staff are trained in the core capabilities of - sales process, compliance and product market knowledge.
- Responsible to build relationships with key merchants/vendors and influencers inside and outside the credit cards unsecured lending market that can enhance the future opportunities of the business and generate incremental revenue streams for bank.
- Maintenance of a robust control environment within which staff carry out their duties, ensuring effective monitoring of activities that will satisfy internal control standards and ensure compliance with all external regulatory requirements in all aspects of work.
- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the credit cards/ unsecured lending market which is in line with the company’s target and goals.
- Demonstrates good ability to interact and co operate with all peers, merchants, partners and vendors.
- Analyze credit cards consumer market, changing trend of customers and CPA dynamics to identify new ways to maximize channel optimization and cost efficiency.
- Oversight and management of sales activities within the established legal compliance rules of engagement.
- Building processes and procedures that conform to the bank’s standards and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in credit cards sales / marketing.
- Good knowledge of credit cards business and sales management.
- Candidates who are self driven with positive attitude and participative leadership are preferred.
- Must possess hands on management style and proven experience in managing and motivating sales teams.
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelors degree
- Results driven with strong urge to excel
- Must possess strong negotiation and communication skills
