Principle responsibilities

- To develop and implement the Quality Assurance strategy (mainly on market misconduct Investigation work) in HSBC Singapore’s Inusrance Business.

- This strategy cuts across all customer segment groups and touch points in Insurance including tied agency and HNW distribution channels. The role will focus mostly on INSN’s non Retail Bank distribution channels so as not to overlap with the investigations function performed by Sales Quality in RBWM.

- Identify gaps in the quality assurance process and lead investigations where lapses in sales quality may have occurred. Coordinate investigations activities; mystery shopper's program, happy calls, etc

- The incumbent will lead a team to deliver the strategy and contribute to the organisation’s vision to be our customer’s choice insurer.

- Communicate ‘best practice’ to INSN representatives and the findings of investigations of any market misconduct.

- Make recommendations to the Complaint Committee (e.g substantiated complaint or not, and the actions to be taken on the representatives)

 

Qualifications / Skills / Attributes

- Degree holder with 5 years to 10 years of relavent working experience .

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage  and work with people across all levels and departments.

- Possesses strong analytical skills, is well organized and attends to details

-  A team player with strong coordination and the ability to work independently with minmal supervision.
