Vice President Senior Analyst Transportation recruitment
Responsibilities include:
* Providing detailed analysis of individual companies including
management strategy, operations, business risk and capitalization.
* Assessing liquidity risk and corporate governance.
* Recommending changes to ratings and outlooks to rating committee as
appropriate.
* Publishing written opinions for companies on a regular basis as
well as write industry outlooks and related research.
* Effectively managing relationships with issuing companies and
investors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required and Master's degree preferred. Ten (10) + years
experience in credit analysis, in the metals and mining industry.
Experience in assessing complex corporate and capital structures, with demonstrated
ability to understand complex legal documents.
Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with senior level executives (CFO, CEO) and to manage relationships with issuers, investors and intermediaries.
Demonstrated ability to prepare written analysis to support analytical judgment.
Strong presentation and public speaking skills.
