Vice President, Settlements & Operations recruitment
As the Vice President of Settlements Operations, you will have inital responsibility for 2 people and will need to possess skills in the following areas:
- High Yield Bonds/Securities
- Leverage/Bank Loans/Mezzanine Finance
- Special Situations
Experience from an Alternative Asset Manager would be preferable. Experience across a number of asset classes including credit and equity is helpful as will having experience of trade allocation.
You will need to have a "roll your sleeves up" mentality and approach to your work but will also need to possess the necessary people/business skills that a top executive should.
The firm in question will look at people with a minimum of 5 years experience but chances are high that the person will have closer to 7-10 years.
