This individual will be responsible for managing the supply chain, logistics and manufacturing requirements for PanelClaw in North America and Europe.
Essential Functions:
· Manage Supply Chain and Logistic Departments in the US and Europe
· Identify and develop new international manufacturing partners with focus on Europe
· Develop standards and goals for quality, cost and lead time improvements and review manufacturing partner quality assurance procedures and guidelines
· Participate in new product development
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
· BA/BS degree in a business, technical, or related area is required, Master’s degree in business or business related field is preferred;
· 10+ years management experience in manufacturing and supply chain management
· Solid understanding of analytical measurement tools as well as an understanding of accounting and financial analysis
· Strong sourcing, negotiation, and contracting skills with demonstrated success in managing complex supplier relationships in the US and overseas
