Job Description
Individual will perform as a contributing member of the Implementation team to drive revenue, reduce technical complexities and create client satisfaction by providing technical expertise for a wide array of complex solutions, emerging products, and mainstream Treasury Solutions. Responsible for incorporating technical and product expertise into the implementation process to facilitate the on-boarding of client deals. This role requires excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills to significantly impact on the ability of the department to effectively deliver products.
Individual must have strong technical skills and product knowledge, as well as,
- Support resources implementing complex client projects, including anywhere from one to 20 treasury and/or credit products.
- Effectively communicate technical and product information at all levels role within the client and bank organizations.
- Lead consultative discussions to validate effectiveness of single product solution (sets). Identify and eliminate possible obstacles and identify alternative solutions.
- Comfortably explain bank technical material, such as (file formats, transmission protocols, client accounting systems) making them understandable while removing any jargon.
- Influence the client's IT and treasury staff to quick resolution of any issues.
- Be a key contributor to business initiatives that require technical expertise.
- Make presentations to leadership within client and bank organizations.
Individual must possess strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrate willingness to be innovative. Demonstrate attention to detail, team player, take end-to-end ownership, drive for results to grow the business, sustain intensity and optimism while focusing on the client.
Requirements
- University Degree
- 7+ years of total experience with at-least 3-5 years technical experience in financial industry:
- Experience in Implementation, Servicing or Operations at a Financial Services company
- Participation in regional projects with technical solution
- Knowledge of technical platforms, systems, material, file formats or projects
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Highly motivated, able to work independently, self starter; and problem/solving/analytical
- Excellent interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changes
Desired Skills
- PMP or Project Management Certification
- CTP Certification, Greenbelt Certification
- Microsoft Certified Professional
- Project Management / Leadership experience
- Speaking / presentation skills in a professional setting
- Strong Technical knowledge ofERP systems like SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle platforms and/or Data transmission protocols is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of file formats used by financial institutions like XML, EDI,etc. Knowledge of third party accounting packages, treasury workstations, or treasury file formats
