VICE PRESIDENT TREASURER

The Vice President Treasurer will be responsible for the direction and management of the treasury, capital markets related activity, risk management and planning / modeling functions for the Company ensuring that financial transactions, policies and procedures meet Company’s objectives, needs and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree is preferable
• 10+ years experience in treasury / banking focused roles; past banking experience is preferable
• Acquisition and divesture experience is a plus
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel) and financial systems
• Strong analytical skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
