Responsibilities
- Business critical MIS and reporting involving consolidating and automating key product, channel and sales reporting using Scripting and standard templates
- Implement BI reporting tool to optimize data extraction and report presentation
- Drive overall Consumer Bank performance by increasing Crossell Ratio and Product penetration through effective campaigns, thereby improving the Customer cost acquisition ratio and efficiency of product and channel campaigns
- Assist in setting up of campaign strategies, design and conduct campaign management, champion-challenger strategies across different phases of customer and product life cycle
- Perform in-depth quantitative analysis for Campaigns and response tracking
- Build and manage an in house team of campaign team and reporting analysts
- Develop customer modeling, customer segmentation and business forecasting models
- Work with business units to develop campaign and segmentation strategies
- Lead and mentor team of analysts to provide business value and actionable insights
- Drive change and get the buy in from all stakeholders to adopt and leverage a more scientific approach in campaign targeting
Requirements
- Previous leadership role in Marketing, CRM or Analytics in Banking or Financial Services
- Experience with UNICA or other campaign management applications
- At least 10 years experience in marketing, campaigns with demonstrable contributions
- Proven ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
- Previous start up experience in building functions and teams
- Possess good knowledge and experience in Marketing analytics or Credit experience for Consumer Lending Business
- Previous technology implantation or Consulting experience a plus
- Possess strategic perspective with strong coordination, planning, analytical and problem solving skills
