Vice President (VP), Asset Management recruitment
You will be part of a team driving Starhill Global REIT’s asset portfolio performance. In this role, you will develop strategic plans for the asset portfolio with the aim of maximising returns and follow through with the operational management of the assets. This involves regular reviews and analysis of performance relative to benchmarks, identifying asset enhancement opportunities, managing partner relationships, asset positioning and controlling operating expenses to maximize net operating income from assets. You will assist in the preparation, review and implementation of annual property business plans for each asset. In addition, you will prepare quarterly and annual portfolio reports, covering financials, asset performance and research on real estate market trends.
Requirements:
- Good Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Engineering or related fields of study
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in real estate investment and/or development in a major corporation
- Strong in financial modelling and asset management skills
- Proactive, attention to details, highly-motivated, driven with good initiatives and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in China, Japan or Australia would be viewed positively
