VICE RECTOR TEACHING AND LEARNING The successful applicant will be an outstanding, experienced and suitably qualified teacher. He or she will have demonstrated a commitment to ongoing professional development, including post graduate studies. The appointment will be as a member of the Leadership Team of Padua College. In this senior leadership position, the Vice Rector is expected to demonstrate: Exemplary leadership throughout the College. Leadership in Teaching and Learning. Leadership in Curriculum Leadership in Administration Some teaching would be expected, as well as participation in co-curricular activities.
