Job Summary/Position Details:
The Video and Web Content Producer will be a highly creative, results-based position that will develop and shepherd new public-facing and internal media initiatives for our fast-growing business. It'll be one part creative, two parts social, a couple dashes of innovative story telling, and a whole cup of self-started ingenuity.
This position reports to the Director of Community and will be based in suburban Philadelphia. We also have offices in San Clemente, CA, Sao Paulo, Chicago and in New York City.
Key Responsibilities, Essential Functions:
* Develop and deploy engaging and strategic content that drives awareness of and builds the Poptent brand while engaging our target audiences
* Join with the social media team to craft and grow our social presence and reach new audiences
* 'Roll up the sleeves' and tackle any opportunity
* Ability to think outside the box, get super creative, take ownership of and finish projects
* Keep abreast of digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices
* Work with Community and Marketing Departments to ensure highest quality traction, messaging and results
* Be fast-paced, adaptable to change, high energy work.
Requirements:
This individual must have the ability to successfully engage/manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills including the ability to communicate complex, new web technology concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization is a must. Must be self-motivated and work well in a collaborative team culture.
* Bachelor's Degree
* Strong, demonstrated copy and script writing capabilities
* Strong, demonstrated video shooting and editing skills; motion graphics a plus
* Deep, proven experience with the social web
* Experience with creative development and deployment
* Experience with ROI-driven content production
* Positive, outgoing personality with capable on-camera talent
* Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer
