Have you or a friend experienced issues with your gaming consoles and been frustrated with the support available? Here’s your chance to provide billing and technical support for customers that experience issues with their gaming accounts and consoles. Help your end user get the most out of their video game experience! You need to be a problem-solver, passionate about finding the answers, and engage the customer while doing it.

Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for displaying your gaming passion by engaging and supporting your customers
- Provide exceptional video game customer service – when they hang up with you, they will rave about their experience and have solved their issue
- Use your video gaming knowledge to help your callers resolve their issues
- You’re responsible for ensuring the customer has the best experience possible AND gets their issue solved
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Be flexible based on business and client priorities (able to roll with the changes!)
Preferred Qualifications
· Plays video games daily
· Are you a night owl?
o Looking for people who are available to work up to 10.5 hours in a day, either Tuesday through Saturday or Sunday through Thursday, 1:30pm MST to 12am MST
General Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
